TL;DR
Medical Science Liaison (Hematological Cancer) (Oncology/Clinical Research): Supporting Natera’s hematological cancer products through scientific presentations, clinician and KOL engagement, and coordination of clinical research initiatives with academic institutions, with an accent on medical communications, scientific education, and field-based collaboration. Focus on building oncology relationships across the assigned US territory, translating complex clinical data, and traveling extensively to congresses, customers, and study sites.

Location: US Remote; must live within the assigned territory covering the Carolinas, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana, with travel to Florida and other territory activities. Travel exceeds 60%.

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 USD annually.

What you will do

  • Present scientific and clinical data supporting oncology products in hematological cancers.
  • Serve as a medical and scientific resource for sales, marketing, business development, and biopharma teams.
  • Build and manage relationships with hematological cancer key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and customers.
  • Collaborate with laboratory operations and contribute medical expertise to materials, communication tools, and publications.
  • Represent hirify.global at scientific and clinical congresses while supporting clinical trials and research initiatives at academic institutions and study sites.
  • Travel extensively and maintain current scientific and clinical expertise.

Requirements

  • Healthcare professional with relevant scientific knowledge or clinical training in hematologic oncology.
  • Master’s degree required; Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., or D.N.P. preferred.
  • Must live within the assigned or advertised territory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret and explain complex scientific information.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, collaborate across internal and external stakeholder groups, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to travel extensively, work occasional evenings and weekends, and complete required HIPAA/PHI, compliance, and security training within the first 30 days.

Nice to have

  • Previous Medical Science Liaison experience.
  • Advanced healthcare or scientific degree.
