Location: Remote, field-based; home-based office required with approximately 50% domestic and international business travel, including visits to cancer trial sites, institutions, conferences, offices, and hotels.
Annual base pay: $170,000–$185,000 for national markets and $175,000–$195,000 for premium markets, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus and equity award.

What you will do
- Act as the primary scientific and clinical resource for oncology Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare practitioners.
- Build and maintain peer relationships with external medical experts, academic institutions, medical directors, and pharmacy directors.
- Deliver accurate, concise, and compliant clinical and scientific presentations and respond to unsolicited medical information requests.
- Exchange clinical, scientific, and medical insights with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, commercial personnel, and other internal stakeholders.
- Implement the medical territory plan and support -sponsored clinical trials, research programs, and trial sites.
- Fulfill pharmacovigilance responsibilities related to medical inquiries and drug safety information.
Requirements
- Advanced medical, scientific, or clinical degree such as MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, NP, or PA.
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical, research, or pharmaceutical-industry medical affairs experience.
- Strong knowledge of oncology, relevant disease states, clinical practice, study methodology, products, pipeline, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, networking, organization, and independent-working skills.
- Operational proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, CRM systems, and insight-capture systems.
- Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, required automobile insurance, and ability to travel frequently, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, FDA regulations, and OIG guidelines.
- Experience supporting clinical trial sites or research programs.
