Medical Liaison (Medical Devices)

Location: Remote in the United States, with the position associated with Texas. Travel may include 50% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship.

Salary: $125,600–$172,700 per year, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, researchers, and external institutions.
• Exchange scientific information through presentations, one-on-one meetings, conferences, advisory boards, and medical education events.
• Identify and support clinical research initiatives, investigator collaborations, advisory panels, and educational partnerships.
• Gather healthcare professional feedback on product performance, patient outcomes, and product development opportunities.
• Support new product development and medical affairs teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Mentor Medical Liaison team members and strengthen alignment with internal partners.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in biomedical science, biomedical engineering, or a health profession, completed and verified before starting.
• At least three years of medical device experience in research, clinical, or medical departments.
• At least three years of experience in wound care or wound management in a research or clinical capacity.
• Strong understanding of medical device or pharmaceutical industries, clinical research processes, and regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Medical affairs experience in the medical device industry.
• Three years of customer-facing, field-based medical or scientific experience.
• French oral and written communication skills.
• Cross-cultural awareness and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
