TL;DR
Clinical Implementation Director (Oncology): Supporting healthcare providers in adopting Anktiva through clinical education, patient identification, workflow integration, and compliant treatment implementation with an accent on oncology operations, provider training, and site readiness. Focus on designing practice protocols, resolving clinical and operational barriers, coordinating reimbursement and access activities, and delivering in-person support across provider facilities.

Location: Remote with on-site clinical support at provider facilities; field-based role with frequent overnight travel and required driving.

Annual base pay: $210,000–$230,000, plus discretionary bonus and equity award.

What you will do

  • Educate physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and clinical staff on Anktiva’s mechanism of action, approved indication, patient selection, preparation, dosing, handling, and administration.
  • Guide practices and health systems in integrating Anktiva into clinical workflows and creating treatment protocols or Centers for Excellence.
  • Identify clinical and operational barriers to adoption and coordinate solutions with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Operations.
  • Support providers with patient identification, patient flow, documentation, treatment logistics, site onboarding, access readiness, and reimbursement education.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person in-services, document implementation activities, and share field insights for training and process improvements.
  • Maintain a non-promotional, education-first approach while following company policies, FDA regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
  • Registered Nurse qualification; PA-C, NP, CNS, or OCN certification is preferred.
  • 10+ years of hands-on nursing experience and 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in oncology, urology, infusion services, or specialty therapeutics.
  • Strong understanding of hospital or specialty-practice workflows, adult education, clinical communication, presentation, and operational problem-solving.
  • Current valid driver’s license, ability to drive a personal vehicle for work, and ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel.
  • Successful completion of a motor vehicle record check and maintenance of required automobile liability insurance are required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Centers of Excellence, field-based nurse education, clinical specialization, implementation, product launches, or new therapy adoption.
  • Familiarity with buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, and site-of-care dynamics.
