Clinical Research, Senior Principal Scientist (Director), Oncology

Location: Bedford, Massachusetts, United States; on-site presence required two to three days per week

Salary: $172,000–$287,000 annually, plus discretionary performance-based cash incentive

What you will do

• Provide strategic and scientific leadership for oncology clinical development programs.
• Lead the scientific design, execution, interpretation, and communication of company-sponsored clinical research.
• Develop research strategy focused on diagnostic imaging, radiopharmaceuticals, and molecular imaging.
• Translate complex clinical, scientific, and competitive information into recommendations for asset, indication, and portfolio decisions.
• Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and represent Clinical Development in governance, regulatory, and external scientific forums.

Requirements

• Senior, director-level individual contributor and recognized scientific expert in oncology clinical research.
• Ability to operate independently and provide strategic scientific leadership.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
• Must be able to work on-site in Bedford, Massachusetts two to three days per week.
