Salary: £58,400–£61,271 per year plus £2,431 Outer London Allowance

hirify.global provides education support services for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities through a multidisciplinary Education Support Service.

What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of a borough-wide Preparation for Adulthood strategy.
• Improve annual reviews, person-centred planning, transition pathways, EHCP outcomes, and quality assurance across schools and colleges.
• Build workforce capacity through training, guidance, and professional development.
• Work with schools, post-16 providers, employers, health, social care, families, and partner agencies to improve education, employment, and independent living opportunities.
• Develop and support Havering’s SEND Employment Forum and produce information and guidance for families, young people, and professionals.
• Drive strategic improvement and system change across education pathways and multi-agency practice.

Requirements

• Experience or expertise in special educational needs and disability services, Preparation for Adulthood, or related education support work.
• Ability to lead strategy development and embed Preparation for Adulthood principles across education pathways, EHCP processes, and multi-agency practice.
• Ability to collaborate strategically with schools, colleges, families, employers, health, social care, and other partner organisations.
• Ability to deliver training, guidance, professional development, and quality improvement activities.
• An enhanced DBS check is required.
