Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid work required

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and location.

What you will do

• Manage product intake and turn stakeholder requests into scoped roadmap commitments.
• Break projects into Jira epics and child tickets with owners, estimates, review steps, and delivery dates.
• Design and run sprint planning across mobile, web, and backend engineering teams.
• Track delivery against committed baselines, surface risks, unblock teams, and escalate issues.
• Manage change requests and make the time and resource impact of scope changes visible.
• Maintain Jira, capacity dashboards, and timeline dashboards as the source of truth for project status and reporting.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years in product management, technical program management, project management, or a comparable execution-focused role.
• Exceptional organization, strong sequencing and dependency-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Ability to learn Jira, data pipelines, and internal tooling quickly.
• Technical fluency sufficient to follow architecture discussions, read data models, and create clear requirements without production coding experience.
• Deep working knowledge of Jira or a comparable project-management tool.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment includes E-Verify work-authorization verification.

Nice to have

• Comfort with spreadsheets and light scripting using AI tools such as Claude.
