Implementation Manager (Spend/ERP)

Location: London, with 3 days in office; implementation coverage across EMEA

Salary: £85K–£120K annually, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and high-growth customers.
• Translate business requirements and solution designs into implementation plans, coordinating internal teams, customers, and external partners.
• Advise customers and internal stakeholders on integration approaches, system configuration, solution design, and scalable architectures.
• Lead technical discovery across customer systems, data flows, ERP, HRIS, accounting, expense, API, and third-party connector integrations.
• Troubleshoot implementation and configuration challenges while guiding customers through go-live and early spend activation.
• Create documentation and tooling, and channel customer feedback to Product and Engineering to improve integration coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management for complex technology or financial services implementations.
• 4+ years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience in SaaS, fintech, consulting, systems integration, or enterprise implementation.
• Experience delivering ERP, accounting, or expense platform implementations, including GL, cost centre, entity, and card-feed data flows.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across executive, technical, and operational audiences.
• Ability to work in the London office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with API-based integrations and web, SSO, ERP, and integration concepts.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Project management or agile certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
• Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts and working with solution architects, integration engineers, or technical program managers.
