Sr. Staff Professional, BBA Supply Planner (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States

Base pay: $106,800–$160,000 per annum, plus bonus and equity plan eligibility.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate demand forecasts and drive quarterly consensus across business units, Sales, and Finance.
• Collect and analyze bookings, customer lead times, historical sales, market trends, and sales forecasts.
• Develop forecasting techniques for different customer and product segments.
• Manage product discontinuances, new product ramps, buffer stocks, wafer starts, and assembly load plans.
• Manage external vendors including foundries, assembly, testing, and warehousing partners.
• Own customer on-time delivery metrics and lead root-cause and corrective-action initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• BS or BA in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Operations; MBA or MS preferred.
• At least 7 years of related job experience and strong semiconductor industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with advanced planning systems and advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled technology or software may be required under U.S. export control laws.
