What you will do

• Implement and optimize SI&OP processes and tools tailored to the satellite, spacecraft, and subsystems sectors.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning activities between Programs, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Development.
• Manage scenario planning, trade-off analysis, and capacity/inventory strategies to enable agile responses to changing conditions.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports providing clear visibility into planning metrics and trends.
• Establish SI&OP planning standards, cadences, and governance to ensure organizational consistency and discipline.
• Drive the adoption of SI&OP methodologies and digital planning tools across functional teams and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business operations, program planning, or supply chain.
• 5+ years in roles with cross-functional coordination or team leadership responsibilities.
• 3-5 years of specific experience with SI&OP or integrated planning processes.
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
• Working knowledge of CRM, ERP, MRP, and FP&A systems.

Nice to have

• Background in the Aerospace and Defense industry, US Department of Defense, NASA, or commercial space sectors.
• Familiarity with financial forecasting, EACs, and program reviews.
• Experience with advanced planning tools and business intelligence platforms.
