Sr Manager, Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Implement and optimize integrated sales, inventory, and operations planning processes for satellite, spacecraft, and subsystem programs.
• Coordinate demand, supply, capacity, inventory, financial, and program planning across Business Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program Management.
• Maintain integrated planning data from CRM, ERP, MRP, FP&A, and operations systems, and develop dashboards and reports.
• Facilitate planning cadences, scenario planning, trade-off analysis, and risk and opportunity escalation.
• Translate planning outputs into master schedules, materials plans, program execution plans, and long-lead procurement decisions.
• Drive process adoption through training, documentation, coaching, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business operations, program planning, supply chain, or related fields, including 5+ years in cross-functional coordination or team leadership.
• Experience with SI&OP or integrated planning processes, including 3–5 years of SI&OP experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, conflict-resolution, and time-management skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM, ERP, MRP, and FP&A systems, capacity planning, constraints management, inventory strategies, budgeting, and resource planning.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, NASA, civil space, commercial space, or the U.S. Department of Defense.
• Familiarity with financial forecasting, EACs, program reviews, advanced planning tools, and business intelligence platforms.
