Senior Growth Manager (B2B Digital Marketing)

What you will do

• Own and scale paid digital acquisition across key channels.
• Manage campaign structure, targeting, performance, and qualified lead generation.
• Own and execute the Account-Based Marketing strategy.
• Manage paid media budgets and optimize Marketing Development Funds with global and regional marketing teams and cloud providers.
• Manage agencies and freelance specialists, coordinating campaign assets and delivery.
• Report weekly on paid media and ABM performance and align growth initiatives with sales and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• 5+ years of experience in high-growth technology companies.
• Strong B2B digital marketing and ABM experience across paid acquisition channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google.
• Experience launching and optimizing campaigns that convert into sales opportunities and revenue.
• Experience managing marketing budgets exceeding $1 million annually.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
