What you will do
- Monitor and report on daily campaign performance to ensure revenue goals and KPIs are met.
- Liaise with partners and sales reps to build long-term relationships and secure custom deals.
- Analyze market data to identify hot opportunities and emerging trends.
- Launch and scale new international campaigns on a daily basis.
- Manage and optimize large monthly advertising budgets.
- Collaborate with media managers to brainstorm and improve internal operational processes.
Requirements
- University/Bachelor degree in marketing or economics.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in mediabuying or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adjust your schedule based on various time zones.
- High level of self-discipline, organization, and detail orientation.
Nice to have
- Deep knowledge of affiliate marketing and advertising terminology (CPM, CPC, CPL).
- Proven track record of managing high-spending accounts.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Basic skills in graphic design or Photoshop.
