Founding PM for Agentic Commerce (AI)

Location: San Francisco or New York, United States. Hybrid work with at least 40% in-office attendance for employees based in the San Francisco, New York, or Bangalore hubs.

Base salary: $230,000–$300,000 USD per year, excluding commission, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define hirify.global’s perspective and direction on agentic commerce, AI agents, and money movement.
• Research protocols, standards bodies, model capabilities, startups, and emerging use cases.
• Build working agents and prototypes that complete real transactions on live payment rails.
• Write code, connect APIs and protocols, run experiments, and recruit customers from hirify.global’s existing base.
• Represent hirify.global in protocol working groups, hackathons, and standards communities.
• Evaluate validated hypotheses, size product opportunities, and make the case for what hirify.global should build first with the SVP of Product.

Requirements

• Experience building something real independently, such as an early-stage startup, widely used side project, or agent that can buy, book, or trade.
• Ability to turn ideas into working prototypes using code, APIs, and AI tools.
• Ability to form strong hypotheses, test them with evidence, and change direction when results disprove an assumption.
• Genuine curiosity about how money moves; crypto or payments experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to show a working project and explain the decisions behind it.
