Director of Product Management, Enterprise Core Platform (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, United States

Base salary: $273,600–$342,000 USD per year, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the SGP core platform across developer experience, customer capabilities, and field-developed functionality.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, prototypes, success measures, and post-launch improvements.
• Partner with platform engineering, forward deployed PMs, customers, and business leaders to align capabilities, rollouts, and dependencies.
• Make product scope, sequencing, investment, and architectural tradeoffs across environments.
• Build, hire, coach, and lead the PM team while staying involved in consequential product decisions.

Requirements

• Experience owning platform, infrastructure, or developer products from problem definition through launch and sustained production use.
• Experience managing and developing product managers across multiple related product areas.
• Strong product judgment, prioritization, written communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Technical depth in APIs, runtime behavior, identity and authorization, deployment, observability, and data isolation.
• Ability to reason through architectural tradeoffs and drive adoption across teams with different needs and constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI platforms, agent runtimes, workflow orchestration, evaluation, datasets, human review, or production AI observability.
• Experience with regulated industries or on-premises, air-gapped, or classified environments.
• Experience turning customer-specific capabilities into reusable platform products.
