Draftsperson (CAD)

What you will do

• Adapt and clean up customer-supplied drawings for design use.
• Import and prepare 3D models for AutoCAD and hirify.global CAD tools.
• Redraw structural elements, sections, and details.
• Produce general arrangement, assembly, and steel fabrication drawings under engineering or design direction.
• Support formwork, shoring, and scaffolding designs under supervision.
• Coordinate with internal and external engineers, prepare material lists, and maintain engineering documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technician or Civil Engineering Technology.
• At least 2 years of exhirify.globalence using AutoCAD.
• Basic understanding of structural and architectural drawings and construction sequencing.
• Ability to follow drafting, engineering, quality management, and professional practice procedures.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle may be required.

Nice to have

• Drafting exhirify.globalence in formwork or scaffolding.
• Construction industry exhirify.globalence, particularly with concrete and structural steel.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products.
• Bilingual English and French communication skills.
