Architectural Designer I

What you will do

• Assist with 3D modeling and architectural design under the supervision of the Architect-of-Record.
• Conduct field investigations and perform red-to-black markup and review tasks.
• Produce floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, interior and exterior elevations, sections, schedules, and installation details.
• Prepare architectural deliverables in accordance with hirify.global’s VDC standards.
• Collaborate with architectural staff to complete assignments accurately and efficiently across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Entry-level architectural design experience.
• NAAB-accredited professional degree in Architecture, such as a B.Arch, M.Arch, or D.Arch, is preferred.
• A CACB-certified Architectural Degree or NCARB-approved EESA evaluation of foreign education may also qualify.
• An applicable associate degree or technical trade school certification combined with at least two years of demonstrated A/E/C firm experience is accepted.
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Enscape.
