Mechanical Engineer Intern (Summer 2027)

What you will do

• Develop project documents, including calculations, reports, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Assist with conceptual mechanical designs under the direction of the project team lead.
• Coordinate design work with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process, automation, architecture, and construction disciplines.
• Collaborate with vendors, clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal project teams.
• Contribute to pharmaceutical, biotech, food and beverage, and industrial process projects involving renovations, retrofits, and new construction.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong interest in HVAC systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under the direction of an assigned mentor and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with 3D collaboration tools such as Navisworks, BIM360 Suite, or Assemble.
