Product Development Program Manager (Cardiac Rhythm Management): Leading complex product development programs and strategic initiatives for CRM Energy Components with an accent on integrated planning, cross-functional execution, risk mitigation, and budget control. Focus on aligning R&D, Operations, Technology, Supply Management, Quality, and Reliability teams, improving product development processes, and delivering milestones within scope, schedule, and budget.

Location: Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, United States. Onsite work model requiring a minimum of 4 days per week in the office; travel is expected to be less than 10%.

Salary: $138,400–$207,600 per year in U.S. locations excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. Eligible for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional product development programs from initiation through closure in line with business objectives and Product Development Process requirements.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource strategies, and risk mitigation plans across related projects.
  • Direct cross-functional teams toward program milestones, deliverables, quality objectives, and business commitments.
  • Monitor performance, assess risks, track progress, and implement corrective actions within scope, schedule, and budget targets.
  • Align stakeholders across Research and Development, Operations, Technology, Supply Management, Quality, and Reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvement, portfolio prioritization, strategic planning, and program management best practices.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience leading complex product development or program management initiatives.
  • Ability to manage budgets covering resources, component builds, supplier materials, capital, and operating expenses.
  • Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
  • U.S. work authorization sponsorship is not available for roles below the Principal level.
