Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York City office with a hybrid in-office operation

Salary: $150,000–$165,000 base salary per year, plus eligibility for the Company Bonus Pool and new-hire equity.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for payroll integrations from concept through delivery and ongoing optimization.
• Define requirements and prioritize integration initiatives with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners.
• Define and evolve internal and external-facing APIs for data exchange with third-party platforms.
• Partner with Engineering and QA to ensure integrations are documented, tested, and scalable.
• Analyze usage and performance data to improve efficiency, reliability, data quality, and partner experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Product Manager experience in a SaaS, fintech, or platform company.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience managing API-driven products or integrations, including OAuth 2.0/OIDC, scopes and tokens, webhooks, idempotency, pagination, versioning, and rate limiting.
• Strong business and systems analysis skills, with the ability to translate needs into clear requirements.
• Experience driving the full product lifecycle in an Agile environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in retirement, payroll, or benefits technology.
• SQL proficiency for data validation and insights.
