Product Manager, Prime Services (Fintech)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's Global HQ in St. Petersburg, Florida, United States

Salary: $115,000–$140,000 annually at Associate Director level or $140,000–$165,000 annually at Senior Associate Director level, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the Prime Services product strategy and roadmap across institutional onboarding, account structures, trading workflows, reporting, billing, and client service tools.
• Define product experiences across web, desktop, FIX, API, and other trading platforms.
• Translate client and business needs into product requirements and coordinate delivery with Engineering, Design, Trading, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Develop institutional trading, execution, connectivity, risk, margin, financing, securities lending, settlement, and post-trade capabilities.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify product gaps and priorities.
• Lead client pilots, launches, and continuous improvements using feedback, data, and business results.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of relevant experience in financial services, fintech, technology, capital markets, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of institutional and buyside workflows, including onboarding, trading, order management, margin, risk, settlement, and post-trade processes.
• Ability to translate complex business, operational, regulatory, and technical needs into clear product requirements.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
• Strong analytical skills using SQL and Excel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and institutional clients.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with institutional clients, brokerage, prime services, clearing, or trading platforms.
• Experience building new products in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
