Product Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $200,000–$240,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Translate the accounts receivable product vision into shipped outcomes supported by customer and market evidence.
• Conduct customer discovery, synthesize customer needs, and evaluate competitor positioning.
• Turn insights into rapidly testable hypotheses and low-fidelity prototypes.
• Validate product direction directly with customers before committing engineering resources.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to execute projects against customer and business goals.
• Establish product frameworks, roadmaps, and dashboards to support growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• At least 4 years in an individual contributor execution role in engineering or design.
• Ability to build and move quickly, using prototypes and evidence to drive decisions.
• Experience with customer discovery and competitive intelligence.
• Experience in a fast-growing organization and comfort working in ambiguity.
• Interest or experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial data.

• Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows.
