Principal Product Manager, LiveOps & Monetization (Clash Royale)

Location: Helsinki, Finland — onsite. Relocation support is available for candidates moving from any location.

What you will do

• Own several areas of Clash Royale live operations and monetization.
• Define roadmaps, action plans, goals, and performance measures for owned initiatives.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Use game data, competitive research, and player feedback to improve engagement and monetization.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver player-facing features and initiatives.
• Analyze and report on engagement and monetization performance, from high-level KPIs to detailed initiative reviews.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of Product Manager experience in free-to-play mobile games.
• Strong understanding of engagement drivers and monetization design in live-service games.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a metrics-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience defining experiments, evaluating results, and making data-driven recommendations.
• Strong ownership, hands-on execution, and impact-driven focus.
• Comfort with calculated risks, continuous improvement, and sharing lessons learned.
