What you will do

• Drive product direction for meta systems including progression, social, party-up, and player identity.
• Partner with Quantum Studio to define feature requirements, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Review and refine feature implementation to ensure alignment with VALORANT quality standards.
• Analyze player behavior data and research insights to identify opportunities for improving retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align meta system direction with broader product principles and live operations.
• Monitor post-launch performance and build optimization plans for future iterations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, game operations, or system design.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Experience owning player-facing systems like progression, social, or onboarding.
• Strong data literacy and ability to use engagement metrics to guide product decisions.
• Experience working in co-development or distributed team environments.
• Ability to translate ambiguous player needs into clear product direction.
