What you will do

• Build and own a platform serving millions of Minecraft players.
• Define and evolve the product vision, technical strategy, roadmap, and key metrics.
• Translate strategic objectives into team priorities and foster ownership and collaboration.
• Use data, player insights, and community feedback to identify opportunities and validate decisions.
• Align product vision and priorities with product leaders and stakeholders across hirify.global Studios.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in product leadership roles.
• Experience defining and driving technical product strategy.
• Experience aligning highly technical, cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across disciplines and levels.
• Experience working in highly technical and agile environments.
• Experience building teams or organizations with many dependencies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and situational leadership skills, plus a genuine interest in games and gaming.
