Monetization Strategy Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Design and refine pricing and entitlement frameworks, including subscription tiers and add-on pricing across global markets.
• Develop and iterate usage-based charging strategies to balance user experience with gross margin.
• Build quantitative models to drive product decisions and evaluate the impact of pricing scenarios.
• Collaborate with AI product, billing, and engineering teams to align on metering definitions and commercial rule configurations.
• Validate strategy performance using data analysis and experiment results to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in monetization strategy, pricing, billing, or economic system design.
• Strong quantitative reasoning skills with the ability to build and stress-test complex models.
• Proficiency in independent data analysis using SQL, spreadsheets, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to translate complex strategy into clear product requirements for cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription, usage-based, or AI product monetization.
• Experience with multi-region pricing or multi-channel commercialization.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
