Senior Games Product Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Lead multiple games through concept development, validation, launch, and live operations.
• Define product vision, positioning, success metrics, core mechanics, and roadmaps.
• Partner with mathematicians, designers, studios, engineering, analytics, commercial, and compliance teams.
• Use player behavior and performance data to improve engagement, retention, monetization, and market fit.
• Lead post-launch optimization, including Live Ops, feature tuning, scaling strategies, and roadmap evolution.
• Mentor mid-level product managers and guide creative, production, and prioritization decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience focused on slot games, iGaming, or casino products.
• Experience launching multiple commercially successful games.
• Deep knowledge of iLottery, slot mechanics, RNG systems, and monetization.
• Experience collaborating with game studios, designers, and mathematics teams.
• Strong data analysis, product decision-making, communication, and partner management skills.
• Proficient English required.
