Sr. Product Manager (Gaming)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Diego or Los Angeles, California, United States

Salary: $154,800–$232,200 USD per year, with possible bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for commerce and monetization capabilities.
• Build and scale products supporting content, goods, and services across PS5, PS4, Web, hirify.global App, and hirify.global Portal.
• Lead market, competitive, and user research to improve customer journeys and satisfaction metrics.
• Partner with design, engineering, data, finance, legal, tax, and compliance teams to deliver optimized and compliant experiences.
• Support go-to-market planning and communicate product usage and value in the market.
• Establish measurement frameworks and use data to evaluate product performance throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Required experience managing e-commerce products and understanding consumer journeys such as pricing, offers, carts, orders, checkout, payments, and post-purchase experiences.
• Experience developing multi-year product strategies and roadmaps.
• Technical acumen to collaborate deeply with UX design and engineering teams.
• Strong presentation, analytical, strategic, collaborative, and stakeholder-management skills.
