System Design Consultant (Clinical Trial Technology)

Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, United States; travel to client sites is required for meetings and user training sessions.

What you will do

• Design Interactive Response Technology (IRT) solutions for clinical trial randomization and drug supply management.
• Translate clinical protocols, work orders, and client requirements into detailed software specifications.
• Lead internal and client reviews, approvals, and design-related communication throughout the system build.
• Develop UAT plans and test scripts, coordinate data setup, and lead client acceptance testing.
• Support system redesigns, new feature implementation, product feedback, process improvements, and user support.
• Perform risk assessments, coordinate required fixes, conduct client training, and assist with onboarding new staff.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• 1 year of experience in IRT or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, consultative, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Analytical and systematic thinking, creative problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand technical details and translate them for non-technical users.
