Requirements / Systems Engineer (Software Integration): Developing requirements traceability across defense programs and integrating it with Jira-based software development processes with an accent on customer requirements, systems integration, and program risk tracking. Location: Remote within the United States; up to 20% travel required
Salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do
- Integrate requirements traceability across multiple customer and company programs.
- Connect requirements documentation and traceability with Jira-based software development processes.
- Collaborate with software developers, subject-matter experts, and customers to document requirements and priorities.
- Support design, development, and integration of technologies for systems used by warfighters.
- Identify and track program risks while improving development collaboration and operational processes.
Requirements
- US citizenship required.
- Secret security clearance required.
- Experience with requirements traceability, requirements documentation, and systems integration.
- Experience working with software development processes and tools such as Jira and testing systems.
- Ability to collaborate with customers, software developers, and subject-matter experts.
