Location: Daily onsite presence in San Jose, California, United States

Base pay: $117,000–$175,000 USD per year, plus incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Plan, support, and oversee capital projects, tenant improvements, technical infrastructure upgrades, and other operational projects through the full lifecycle.
• Define project objectives, scopes, success criteria, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and business cases.
• Monitor milestones, construction or installation progress, costs, scope changes, risks, and corrective actions across the project portfolio.
• Coordinate design teams, engineers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to maintain quality, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Develop PMO governance, standardized templates, reporting frameworks, executive presentations, dashboards, portfolio summaries, and KPI tracking.
• Lead closeout activities, lessons learned, change management, meeting coordination, action tracking, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience and proven project management experience.
• Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle and delivering within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, CAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, relationship-building, multitasking, and change-management skills.
• PMP certification is preferred.
