Digital Product Owner for Data Regulatory Compliance Solutions H/F (IT Compliance)

What you will do

• Own IT solutions and services, maintaining requirements, roadmaps, backlogs, and product documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Define MVPs with development, security, compliance, and architecture teams using Agile delivery methods.
• Integrate GDPR, ITAR, CCPA, EU Data and AI Act, data residency, and national-law requirements into compliance matrices and ServiceNow workflows.
• Evaluate cloud, encryption, identity, data-loss-prevention, and monitoring technologies, and assess vendor compliance.
• Lead deployments and change management, including rollback procedures and compliance impact assessments.
• Monitor KPIs, incidents, audit evidence, and regulatory compliance through ServiceNow, Splunk, ELK Stack, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including 2–3 years in product management or IT solutions delivery.
• Understanding of physical, virtualized, and containerized server architectures and Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow ITSM, Change Management, Compliance/GRC, and Vendor Management modules.
• Knowledge of GDPR, ITAR, CCPA, data protection laws, data residency, cross-border transfers, and defence standards such as NIST SP 800-53.
• Fluent English required; the role is based in Toulouse, France.

Nice to have

• Experience in defence, aerospace, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
• Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
• Experience with incident response frameworks, audit logging, Splunk, or ELK Stack.
