What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for an enterprise AI orchestration product.
• Define how AI agents, tools, and workflows solve complex user and business needs.
• Translate user needs, business priorities, and emerging AI capabilities into product requirements.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on agentic experiences and orchestration approaches.
• Build and lead a team of 2–3 Product Managers.
• Partner with AI platform, engineering, and business teams to improve the product and drive adoption across game-development workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience across product and technology, including leadership of advanced AI products.
• Direct experience building production-grade AI agents or orchestration products.
• Strong understanding of agent architecture, orchestration, tool use, and agentic workflows.
• Technical depth in engineering, ML, or data, with the ability to work credibly with technical teams.
• Experience building and leading high-performing Product Management teams.
• Agile, hands-on approach with strong product judgment, commercial instincts, and a user-centric mindset.
