What you will do
- Own the roadmap, quarterly priorities, and long-term direction for internal AI platforms.
- Build business cases and make trade-offs across new capabilities, adoption, reliability, technical improvements, cost, and risk.
- Lead user interviews, workflow reviews, data analysis, pilots, requirements definition, and success measurement.
- Coordinate product planning and releases with engineering and product owners, managing dependencies, scope, blockers, and service issues.
- Drive adoption through onboarding, documentation, training, pilots, and local champions across business teams.
- Define responsible AI requirements covering data access, confidentiality, intellectual property, output quality, and human review.
Requirements
- Typically 6 or more years of relevant experience, including substantial ownership of software, SaaS, or internal platform products.
- Demonstrated ownership of roadmaps and delivery of measurable improvements in adoption, user outcomes, service quality, or operating cost.
- Experience leading discovery, prioritisation, requirements, launches, and ongoing product improvement.
- Strong analytical judgement and the ability to assess costs, benefits, risks, and product success measures.
- Experience aligning technical teams and business stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
- Working knowledge of AI platform concepts, APIs, usage data, cloud service costs, AI quality, limitations, and data handling.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, machine learning, workflow automation, or internal enterprise products across multiple teams or studios.
- Experience evaluating AI output quality, setting service targets, or managing usage-based platform costs.
- Background in game development, game art, production, or creative technology.
- Experience with Agile delivery, Jira or Azure DevOps, and product analytics tools.
