Accounting & Control Sr. Analyst (Finance)

Location: Boadilla del Monte, Spain; hybrid model with some days remote and some days onsite

What you will do

• Prepare and coordinate accounting month-end closes, reviewing figures and liaising with finance teams, Gesban, and other departments.
• Produce and analyze management reporting, accounting information, travel reports, and liquidity reports for stakeholders.
• Prepare annual budgets and business plans, monitor deviations, and coordinate global planning activities across hirify.global Asset Management entities.
• Prepare statutory accounts and impairment tests, coordinating with external auditors, external valuers, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate liquidity requirements, capital contributions, dividend planning, market share analysis, and reporting to Group forums and the Board.
• Support accounting assessments for new projects, third-party risk compliance, procurement processes, and ESG reporting.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar accounting-focused role.
• Degree in ADE, Economics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish required.
• Strong IFRS and PGC technical accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, including the ability to understand profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, work independently, collaborate effectively, and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• External audit experience in a Big Four firm.
• Good Excel skills and experience analyzing and interpreting financial data.
