What you will do

• Track and analyze churn, contraction, expansion, and net revenue retention across the Customer Experience portfolio.
• Explain the drivers behind revenue movements and identify patterns in historical data.
• Build planning models that convert company goals into team-level and individual-level targets.
• Create data-rich, visually clear presentations for All Hands and management reviews.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivots, index/match, nested logic, scenario analysis, and building models from scratch.
• Strong numerical reasoning and the ability to independently interpret datasets without context.
• Logical, structured thinking and the ability to defend analytical reasoning.
• Clear written and verbal English communication required.
• At least one year of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business analytics, RevOps, consulting, audit, banking, pricing, or a similar field is strongly valued.
• Spanish at minimum B2 level required.

Nice to have

• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Strong executive presentation and slide-building skills.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Gemini in daily work.
