Financial Controller (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Deliver short- and long-term financial forecasting, planning, and market analysis.
• Optimize working capital through improved inventory turnover, DSO, and DPO.
• Provide financial support for new product development, including costing, pricing, and post-launch performance tracking.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting under ITW policies and US GAAP, oversee monthly closing, and prepare financial statements.
• Develop KPI dashboards, maintain internal controls, and communicate financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Contribute to annual and long-range planning while leading and developing finance talent.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, cost reduction, inventory control, budget management, and P&L tracking.
• Sound independent judgment and the ability to solve practical business problems under tight deadlines.
• Strong influence, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and general ledger applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
