What you will do

• Plan and execute supplier audits covering contract compliance, performance, and financial integrity.
• Analyze supplier and internal documentation to identify risks, discrepancies, and missed value.
• Prepare audit findings, quantify financial and operational impacts, and support resolution with Procurement, Legal, Finance, business units, and suppliers.
• Progressively lead audit assignments, managing scope, timelines, communications, corrective actions, and follow-up.
• Contribute to risk-based supplier targeting and improvements to contract wording, monitoring practices, source-to-pay, and supplier relationship management.
• Support audit tools, methodologies, Power BI dashboards, AI pilots, playbooks, templates, training materials, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or another business discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in internal or external audit, forensic auditing, or contract compliance.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously across diverse projects, cultures, time zones, and a matrixed global environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to travel internationally up to 20%, typically for one- to two-week periods.

Nice to have

• Big Four or similar consulting experience.
• Healthcare or life-science industry background.
• Knowledge of contract language and legal or financial terminology.
• Experience developing written reports and delivering presentations.
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, SAP, AI-driven audit, or data automation tools; multilingual communication skills.
