Transformation Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives from current-state process analysis through redesigned future-state implementation.
• Use AI, automation, data, and process-improvement methods to develop execution roadmaps and deliver measurable results.
• Map, design, pilot, and implement new ways of working with business teams.
• Manage project milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, escalations, and adoption activities.
• Facilitate working sessions, steering committees, and executive reviews that drive decisions and accountability.
• Track financial and operational impact to ensure transformation benefits are realized.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in consulting, project management, process improvement, or an analytical role.
• Experience owning work end-to-end and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Daily practical use of AI for research, synthesis, analysis, or drafting.
• Strong analytical, Excel modeling, data-structuring, facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, agile sprints, or value stream mapping.
• Ability to work remotely from Ohio, United States.

Nice to have

• Consulting, rotational, or leadership-development program experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or exposure to structured problem-solving.
• Experience with Power BI or an equivalent analytics tool.
