Technical Project Manager (Jira/Confluence)

Location: Onsite at the global headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan, or remote from Atlanta, Georgia, with occasional travel to Grand Rapids

What you will do

• Coordinate technical projects from initiation through completion with Operations Systems and Business Improvement stakeholders.
• Gather requirements, define responsibilities, and create project charters and plans.
• Assess and mitigate risks, estimate budgets, set timelines, and prioritize tasks across multiple cross-functional projects.
• Monitor execution and control scope, schedule, and budget to support successful delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, including specifications, status updates, and post-project reviews.
• Administer and standardize Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence through workflows, automations, reports, and continual platform improvement.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant project coordination or project management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Foundational knowledge of project planning, project lifecycles, and project management tools.
• Basic proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• PMP certification in progress or a commitment to work toward it within the next 1–2 years.
• Attention to detail, proactive system learning, and a growth mindset.
