What you will do

• Create customer opportunities and quotations under supervision.
• Process bookings and billings for multi-year agreements in ERP systems, handling limited volume.
• Maintain contracts accurately to enable service orders for customer support.
• Escalate customer-facing issues when requirements are not being met.
• Follow finance and audit processes to identify and elevate risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Conceptual knowledge of relevant theories, practices, and procedures.
• General business knowledge developed through education or experience.
• Ability to use established procedures to solve standard problems and meet deadlines.
• GPA of 3.0 preferred.
