North America Credit Manager (SAP)

What you will do

• Manage customer credit reviews, credit limits, and payment terms.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, collection performance, and customer payment behavior.
• Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of five collectors to achieve cash collection and DSO objectives.
• Support order release and credit hold decisions.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues, invoice issues, customer deductions, claims, and disputes with internal teams.
• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and payment trends; prepare recurring credit and receivables reporting and portfolio analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business.
• 5–10 years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Experience leading or coordinating collections teams and working with ERP systems, including SAP.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environment.
• Strong financial statement and credit analysis skills, including customer dispute, deduction, and claims management.
• Ability to work on-site in Highland Heights, Kentucky, United States.
