Salary: £31,200–£33,000 annual base pay

What you will do

• Achieve personal and store sales, productivity, and service goals.
• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver service aligned with Coach Experience standards.
• Use omnichannel sales, virtual selling, and clienteling techniques to support customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Serve multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high energy on the sales floor.
• Support team performance, company initiatives, and an inclusive store culture.
• Create short social selling videos and demonstrate product features on camera.

Requirements

• Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Experience with POS systems, basic computer tools, mobile POS, walkie-talkies, and price or release sheets.
• Strong English language proficiency required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, work on the sales floor, and meet moderate stockroom lifting and climbing requirements.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, public holidays, peak season, and high-traffic retail days.
