What you will do

• Manage the efficient daily operation of the store and grow the ready-to-wear and made-to-measure business.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Set and monitor financial targets and KPIs, including conversion, ATV, UPT, and CRM data capture.
• Build local and regional networks and support marketing activities and customer events.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, housekeeping, stock management, and store security.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, appraisals, payroll, disciplinary matters, and health and safety compliance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, ideally menswear, at Assistant Manager or Store Manager level.
• Strong people-management skills and experience improving team performance.
• Passion for business development, networking, tailoring, and product knowledge.
• Clear, concise, and polite communication skills.
• Proficient English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple situations, and remain flexible and well presented.
