What you will do

• Support the store leadership team in driving commercial performance, sales targets, and KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and support Sales Advisors while contributing to their development and progression.
• Oversee daily retail operations, task completion, service quality, and compliance with company procedures.
• Analyse performance data and identify opportunities to improve results in line with current trends.
• Control stock movement, conduct store audits, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Support wage controls, resolve operational challenges, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role.
• Experience supporting, motivating, and guiding team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A track record of achieving sales targets and delivering commercial results.
• Knowledge of fashion brands, trends, materials, retail operations, merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• Calm, proactive, professional, and confident when handling operational and customer challenges.
