Network Management Specialist (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Assess network needs, analyze network composition, and recruit providers to meet network adequacy and quality standards.
• Coordinate provider contracting, contract amendments, education, and relationship management.
• Resolve complex provider issues and coordinate administrative provider site visits and reporting.
• Maintain credentialing status and coordinate the review and appropriate handling of quality-of-care issues and complaints.
• Manage provider compliance audits, develop corrective work plans, and support policy updates.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a related position or field.
• Knowledge of National Committee for Quality Assurance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize activities.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint.
• GED or high school education required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
