Supervisor, Provider Network

Location: Remote, nationwide within the United States

Salary: $56,200–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise the daily workflow of the network accounts department.
• Support provider contracting activities and reduce contract implementation errors.
• Resolve escalated provider issues and maintain service standards.
• Coordinate provider orientations, training sessions, meetings, and health plan-sponsored events.
• Review network account documentation and audit compliance with health plan and state standards.
• Develop and monitor quality initiatives, resolve claims and provider-system issues, and maintain Provider Manuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in network account management, provider contracting, or billing within a managed care environment.
• Knowledge of managed care and state Medicaid program guidelines.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States.
