Provider Relations Representative

Location: Corpus Christi, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Base pay: $55,900–$123,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Support provider recruitment and contracting processes to ensure strategic coverage.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and physician groups.
• Support complex hospital and physician provider activities.
• Review contracts, applications, products, and provider reimbursement methods.
• Collaborate on business and process improvements.
• Travel within assigned areas when needed, including occasional overnight stays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in managed care, or at least 5 years of managed care experience.
• At least 2 years of healthcare administration experience in clinical and financial settings, including direct provider communication.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, contracts, applications, products, provider reimbursement, and claims processing systems.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, presentation, organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related PC applications.
