Automotive Finance Manager

Salary: $150,000–$200,000+ annually

What you will do

• Present finance and insurance options to automotive dealership customers.
• Work with lenders to secure competitive financing terms.
• Sell extended service contracts, protection plans, and other F&I products.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable regulations.
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions and collaborate with sales and management on performance goals.
• Stay current with federal, state, and local vehicle sales and financing requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership is required.
• Strong understanding of dealership finance processes and F&I products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with menu-selling and dealership software.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance requirements.
