Automotive Internet Sales Coordinator (Automotive)

Location: On-site dealership role in Greenacres, Florida; the posting also references Huntersville Ford.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus 30% commissions and $500 flat bonuses.

What you will do

• Answer customer calls and schedule sales and service appointments.
• Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using dealership processes and templates.
• Provide initial vehicle and dealership information and direct customers to the appropriate departments.
• Follow up with customers who are not ready to schedule or who missed appointments.
• Use the dealership CRM to track customer communications, appointments, and follow-up activities.
• Support dealership sales goals and customer experience through professional communication.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, phone, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Positive, persuasive, outgoing, dependable, and team-oriented approach.
• Strong computer, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Availability to work Saturdays is required. Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
