What you will do
- Own and strengthen relationships with existing customer accounts across organizational levels.
- Understand customer business strategies and identify opportunities to grow business from existing accounts.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve service issues, and coordinate with department managers and operational teams.
- Maintain customer profiles and updates in the CRM, build territory maps, and manage business reviews.
- Coordinate account visits, technical updates, proposals, invoicing, payment processes, and collections support.
- Improve procedures and services to support efficient, cost-effective branch operations.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent business qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of or relevant industry experience.
- Proven experience in business development and customer account management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong presentation, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- English language proficiency and ability to work at the Feltham location in the United Kingdom.
